permission to operate sd card

New Samsung S9+ using default File Manager, and trying to move some photos just taken from internal storage to SD card, and it keeps popping the three panels shown to get permission to operate sd card.  I can't find the screens this process is showing to do this. Where to look?

Update - my post was regarding the ASUS File Manager.  Cx File Explorer or File Manager Pro work very easy in setting this up.  Goodbye ASUS File Manager.
