My phone keeps turning off and back on again. I can go into an app or setting for a few seconds and then the screen goes black and the phone restarts. The phone is only about a month old.

(We have to ask all of our customers this question.) When did this problem start to happen? Does it only turn off when you are in an app or in the settings of the phone or does it power cycle when doing other things? I called customer support and after trying some things they determined it
was a hardware problem and sent me a new phone.
