My phone is completely locked so I did a restart. But now it wants my 4 digit pin. I typed it in but it wont except my pin. any suggestions besides a hard restart and erasing everything on the phone?
I'm sorry to hear your phone is locked tim_butler. If you don't know your PIN number, a factory reset would be the only option to access the phone menu. What phone do you have?
