Forgot my phone pin to unlock screen and have tried several times I only have one left before it says reset to factory settings. Please help and suggestions.

Being locked out of your phone is one of the worst situations you can experience, so I understand how important it is to be able to unlock it. In most cases, if you've forgotten your lock code, the option is to attempt to unlock the device until you're prompted for your Google or Samsung Account information. Unfortunately the alternative to this would be the factory reset, which will result in erasing the phone.
