phone turned off on it's own, won't charge or turn back on

phone was working perfectly fine, screen was off/ locked,

tried to turn it on with power button to check time and it was powered off

tried to start phone, did nothing

tried to charge phone even though it wasn't dead and did nothing

no charge display or anything

tried to remove battery and reboot still did nothing

have never dropped the phone or damaged it in any way

it completely just stopped working.

I am hoping it is just a battery issue because I paid full price for the phone to avoid contract until I am available for Verizon edge

any feedback would be helpful

Let's see about getting your Note back up & running! Have you tried doing an alternate reset yet? This link will show you how: http://vz.to/1N3kdzl I would try doing this both on and off of your charger.
