phone wont turn on

Samsung GN 3 wont turn on.  Tried removing battery and holding power, volume and home.  Tried different power cord and power source

nimporte, let's bring that device back to life! Does the charging battery icon populate on the screen when you connect to the charger? Does that device have any physical or liquid damage?
