My phone wouldn't accept my pin. Used up all my attempts. Phone erased. What now???
Sorry this advice comes too late for you, but maybe it will help others. I first had the same problem about a year ago. I was down to my last two tries when a friend told me to turn the phone off (hold down the power off button until it completely shuts down) and turn it back on. It worked to my relief. My phone accepted my pin. Since then, this problem happens about once a month, but I no longer panic.

Sorry to hear about your phone clearing out. This is a security measure in the operating system in place to protect your information from unauthorized users. We can appreciate that having your phone reset is an inconvenience. You're next step will be to go through the setup wizard and begin using your phone again. Much of your information may return to the phone as long as you're able to sign into all of your same accounts. Adding your google and verizon cloud accounts will be part of your setup.
