Some how all my pictures were deleted all of my grandson is there any way to get them back from an old back up
Depends on what you mean by an "old back up" ... did you have the photos backed up somewhere, like a computer or cloud-based service? If they are on your SD card, you could try photo recovery software (I haven't used one in several years, but you can Google it).
