How do you place the flashlight on the home page
or try this widget flashlight.............https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=at.bleeding182.flashlight
its a wiget...............so hold homescreen and look in there for that widget........no ads or permissions.
Which phone model do you have?
I MIGHT suggest trying this app from googleplay store. just uninstall if it dont fit your needs. that saves time....https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=pl.nenter.app.flashlightgalaxys5&hl=en
The OP might not need an application. They might not have a Samsung Galaxy phone. Each manufacturer handles the flashlight differently. It all depends on which phone model they have of which they didn't provide in their OP.
its an android. they have option to download. theres bo way to use built in gui driven app to homescreen. will wait for op feedback.
I have Samsung s7edge
great. I TOO. I found no way to move flashlight to home-screen, so i went to play-store and chose best flashlight app, some are widgets, others are apps. either way, play-store is best option.
An alternative is to place the Flashlight where you can find it quickly in your Quick Settings. Pull down the notification shade with two fingers so that the entire list of icons is visible. Tap Edit at the top, long-press the Flashlight icon (should be the last one by default) and drag-and-drop it to the top row of icons, then tap Done. Then when you want to use the Flashlight, just pull down the notification shade and you should see the icon at the top of the screen and can tap it to turn the Flashlight on/off.
Thanks it is downloaded and on y home page
