i have even gone to my local verizon store and asked for visual voice mail to be removed. it is driving me crazy. I've found threads in here, but it doesnt show in my apps/services. every time i get a vm, i have to go through the process... decline it, then back to keypad, *86 to get message. then i get another alert and have to decline again! so annoying and frustrating!
