Have no fear, Verizon is here! I can help with your backup assistant tbalch. Archiving your contacts is a great way to ensure that they are accessible, especially when a device change occur. May I ask are you trying to restore your contacts or archive them? Are you having any issues with other data services on your Galaxy S 4? Also, have you verified that you are not having any issues viewing your contacts online at My Verizon? If you haven't done so then I would suggest checking as this may help in getting a resolution to this.
