Without me doing anything, my phone's volume will go very low. Is there anything I can do?

Is this post Lollipop update? Is this the only issue or are there many others? Does the volume lower for notifications and ringtones, call volume or music, or all sounds are lowered?
I am experiencing the same problem, also on a Galaxy S4.
It is only the ringtone volume that decreases, and it is only since the lollipop upgrade.
I turn off the screen after every use, which locks it, so I know that the problem is not caused by hitting the button.
