So i am paying for 3 phone warranty and battery stopped working properly now after two phone replacement and battery not working had to pay after i called and they said free but i guess they are just not train properly i suggest you train your employees better because after this contract ends im going to sprint or anywhere else hati

I'm very sad to hear about what happened to your phone battery! We definitely want to make sure you get the support you need to have you loving your VZW service and staying with us for years to come. Was this the Samsung Galaxy S4 or S4 Mini that ran into the battery issue? Were you able to receive a battery replacement? How old was the original phone?

You must have bought the battery from VZW. You can get online all day to less than $10.
