s8 google map issue

I cannot get my s8 to offline a map. My son s8 does it. I went to an authorized verizon rep & he said it wasn't available, which I knew is not true. He would not even ask anyone in the office.

I would love to complain about his customer service if someone can tell me how to report him.

grandma55-nc, I would rely too much on the VZW store folks to be a lot of help. Their primary mission is selling phones.

@Grandma55-nc We definitely want to provide you with accurate information on how to download offline maps. Can you describe exactly what your seeing when it doesn't work? What zip code are you located in so we can provide you with a local store as you requested? Also, please keep in mind that downloading offline maps isn't available in some regions because of contractual limitations, language support, address formats, or other reasons.

The application also wants WiFi available for the download.
