The snowy effect began 2 days ago. My daughter and I were watching a YouTube video and it happened. The phone hasn't been dropped or had water put on it.I can tell that it works because I can hear when it rings from calls I'm getting as well as txt messages I am receiving but I can't see anything on the screen. I have tried taking out the battery as well as the sim card and sd card for a few minutes and after putting them back in the phone powers on with the same snowy effect. Any other ideas regarding what may be wrong and how to fix it would be greatly appreciated.
