saving group text messages to an excel spreadsheet?

I am using Message+ version 5.5.30 to send & receive texts. I started a group conversation and am able to save the file. with my other texts, I can send them to my email & convert them to an excel spreadsheet. Am I not able to do this same thing with group messages?

I don't know what the Message+ is capable of, but I do know of some SMS/MMS backup applications in the Play Store with the capability.
