sim card

i have no clue which subject to put this under. I have a tmobile samsung s5, i was looking to get in on a family members account on verizon and buy the samsung a50. will my sim card work or will i have to buy another one. I was going to have the phone sent to me by mail. I am smartphone noob so was hoping this is easy! Thanks for your time, Rs

You can't use a Tmobile SIM card on a Verizon Wireless account. I'm not sure if Tmobile Samsung s5 is even compatible with the Verizon Wireless network. The new phone if you purchase it from Verizon Wireless will have a new SIM card with it. It can be setup with the same phone number as your current Tmobile number if you port it to Verizon Wireless.
