any know a fix. ive tried all the troubleshooting I can find. did a factory reset. thank you

We never like to hear your phone not working in tip top shape. We want to mkae sure we get you up and running. What happens when you attempt to have the soft keys work? Is it a particular key you have issues with?

neither of the soft keys work at all now. Additionally the phone just continues to reboot itself. it is useless now.
