sound notification

My GalaxyS4 suddenly started voice notification when calls come in. How do I stop that?

Let's get this taken care of right away, suehanson1. Please go to Settings>My Device Tab>Accessibility>Vision>ensure Talkback is turned off. Let us know if this helps.

Thanks for getting back to us, suehanson1. Let's try something else. Can you please go to Settings>My Device Tab>Sound and notification>Notification access and ensure that the phone app is not selected.
