My daughter cannot downloads apps on her phone which is a samsung s5 and has two apps on her phone,she has over a thousand songs on her phone,is this whats taking up her space,can't figure it out.Does anybody know,please tell me how to fix it.
A thousand songs is a lot of music, and is definitely taking up space. The S5 supports up to 128 GB of storage, so I would advise investing in an SD card and moving all the music to the card.
