syncing and loading problem when connected to Wi-Fi

I started having an issue a few weeks ago where when connected to WIFI anywhere certain pages do not load or they load  very slowly. ex: Facebook will either not load or images do not show up or it will say "can't connect right now".  My mail application will not sync on WIFI. Pandora buffers constantly. I can do common web searches and use other Apps that require connectivity. As soon as I turn off Wi-Fi everything works. I have tried turning my phone on and off a couple times a day, tech support with Verizon as well as have read through the previous posts, I turned off my Power Saving Mode, and this issue has not been resolved. Please help, thank you.

Sounds like you have a good jump on troubleshooting a potential issue Shorttastic. I appreciate your efforts. There are a few questions that I would ask so that we can continue to troubleshoot. Is this happening with all WiFi connections? Since the device is working while connected to our network, it seems like it could be a WiFi issue. When this started, had you download any new apps to the phone? Keep us posted, we’re always here to help.

Thank you for responding. It has been happening with all WiFi connections. I only connect at three locations home, work and the gym. I had down loaded two new apps but I erased them after speaking with tech support. It didn't correct the problem.

Shorttastic, we want to get your WiFi connections working fully. Do you know if anyone else is having issues at this location? Had you updated your phone's software recently? Could you try the following http://spr.ly/6583BmnmT This will reset your WiFi passwords.
