talkback settings-BAD if turned on

If you own a samsung galaxy S3, don't ever let a verizon agent tell you to turn ON the talkback settings.  It creates a massive disturbance that makes you have to double tap on every feature plus it speaks everything that is on that screen at the time.  It also creates a problem getting back to where you turned on the settings in the first place making it very difficult to get it turned back off because it disables the swipe feature where you can't scroll.  You have to place your fingers in a certain position to even scroll to it.  I was finally able to get this turned off without doing a hard drive reset that I was told I would have to do first but thanks to a very helpful gentleman from samsung he researched the manual to assist me so I wouldn't have to do the reset.  he also told me to down load Kies on my computer to keep my phone backed up with contacts, music and photos in case something ever causes me to have to lose that data.

I wish I read this posting before today.  It was the first time that I got a message about this "feature" and I thought I was in Andriod Hell.  Nope, it was just the talkback feature that I turned on by accident.  This has got to be one of the WORST features EVER!!!.  It would have been nice if there was some more information about how it works instead of having to search the internet for help.  Like the original poster mentioned "BAD if turned on".
