text message notification issues

I used to be able to download & open csv files out of emails in outlook before recent update, now I can't, just states "can't open file", even though I have apps that have worked pre update. Any ideas?

MasterAce, this would certainly have me puzzled as well. Especially if the service feature used to work with no issues previously. Which model phone are you using the S4, or the S4 Mini?

Regarding the CSV files, are the files downloading into your phones internal memory or the SD card?

What app are you trying to open this file with?
