Check the keyboard application settings.
Depending on keyboard you are using, you may have to go in to manage applications and then scroll to the keyboard or input option being used and clear cache/data.....
JLRICHAR1964, I know that I too would be just as concerned if this key typing feature stopped working. We are all here to help support you. Our community members offered great tips to help get this working again. Were you able to reset your predictive text service through your S8? Are you still experiencing the same issues?
