this morning touch screen not working, everything looks great on phone, but can't access menu or answer calls. Can't even power down and restart. Took battery out and restarted, no water damage. No luck.
There are only two things I think you can do now.
1. Do a factory data reset, backup all data first as you will loose it.
2. If above does not correct the problem the phone will have to be repaired/replaced.
