verizon messaging wont download pics

i get a box that says download...i click on it and nothing happens....HELP !!!  i cant get any pics

Let's get this working for you, keithnj67. I know this is important to you. Have you tried opening the pictures in your native messaging app? Do you get an error message or anything when you attempt to open the picture?

Yes.....nothing open in the stock samsung app either....
