I cannot receive incoming or outgoing calls without rebooting my Samsung S4 phones. Verizon Tech had me clear cached on the phone and restarted. The problem is back less then 48 hours. This is on going for past 6 to 8 months and not much help from Verizon. They did try to sell me new phones with a full price of $600+. Unacceptable option. Just cant understand what kind of customer service is. Is anyone having this same problem and know the solutions? Please let me know. I am very much concern for my wife with the phone and cannot call 911. While I await for possible solution on this issue, i will continue to research FCC regulations for 911 requirement.
