Everytime I try to retrieve my vm it has started saying vm has stopped working.
It's important that you are able to access your voicemail, Nann1961. Are you dialing *86 or using a version of Visual Voicemail? Do you have an active cellular data connection on your device, other than WiFi, when checking voicemail?
