I just purchased an S6 for my mother and her voicemail recording is not there. do we have to set it all up from scratch? shouldn't this have transferred?
What phone did she transfer from? iPhones have a proprietary voicemail system and messages and settings are not on the same server as Verizon voicemail. If she transferred from just about any other phone, her voicemail should have tansferred.
The other possibility is that she moved from basic voicemail to visual voicemail.
