voicemail help

I can not get this stupid visual voicemail pop to go away and do not receive notifications of when I have voicemail.  Anyone been able to get this to stop??

Are you subscribed to the Basic Visual Voicemail or the Premium Visual Voicemail? If you just have the Basic Non-visual voicemail, don't use the Voicemail application to access your voicemail.

For basic voicemail, use the Voicemail key on the dialer or a contact saved with *86 to access your voicemail.

I did the "free" trial of the premium and switched back to basic after the trial was over.  My problem is that it keeps popping up to say it can not access it and I can not get it to stop!  Plus I get no notification that I have received a voicemail at all and its very annoying.

Thanks for the heads up on the voicemail concern karenshell. We are committed to getting you access to your voicemails. Did the issue start immediately after you canceled the free trial of the premium voicemail? What exactly does the pop up that you are getting read?
