New fascinate phone. Can't get into voicemail...'your call can not be completed as dialed'
What are you dialing to access your voicemail? Here are some tips to assist you.
To access your Voice Mail, press *VM (*86), then SEND. Follow the prompts to enter your password and retrieve your messages. If you press *VM (*86) and hear your own or a system greeting, press the # key to interrupt the greeting and follow the prompts to enter your password and retrieve your messages.
You can also access your voicemail by dialing your 10 digit mobile number from a different phone.
