Got 2 replacements Samsung Galaxy 3 note. And was told I would revive a credit for 161.00. for xxx-xxx-8737 and 161.00 for xxx-xxx-8700 when is my credit going to be on my account. I shipped Both phones and a extended net work. over 2 weeks ago can you let me lknow

That's a lot of money to be waiting on! We'll be happy to help set the correct expectations for when you can expect those credits, but we need a few details first. Why were you expecting a credit of $161.00 per phone? Were you charged for not returning phones? Was this for a rebate?
