I use it all of the time with my Note...did they remove it on the S7?
I'm not sure what "car mode" is on the Note 4, but my S3 had a "driving mode". It gave you voice control of incoming calls. I've been told that this disappeared with the later versions of Android.
Car Mode firms on when it pairs with my car,display changes, voice control turns on, etc
Go into Galaxy Apps and download it. A lot of their preloaded apps were put in there to thin out their OS. If you want that feature you have to download it there.
