where is the backup assistant or how do I get my contacts? just switched to the S5 from a blackberry curve...
Congrats on your new S 5! It's a great device. Did you previously use Backup Assistant on your Blackberry Curve? To retrieve your contacts through backup assistant on the S 5 the backup must have first been completed on the Blackberry Curve. YosefT_VZWFollow us on Twitter @VZWSupport
export contacts from blackberry as a csv file, then i import csv file into gmail contacts.
fwiw:
i do this on a pc, then on the phone in gmail settings, sync contacts & whatever else you want to sync with a pc/mac.
