The detailed unbilled usage is no longer showing, for data, minutes or messages. This is the current usage I'm talking about, usage after the most recent bill. Will it be available again soon?
I have had the same problem for two days now! When I call customer service they say they're doing an update give it a few hours. I called back after 8 hours and they said give it a day or two. I wish they would get the problem fixed as this is not the first time this has happened!
I had the same issue yesterday using the desktop version of My Verizon. Once I cleared the browsing history and logged back in, the detailed usage was available.
I tried that and it didn't work...this is very frustrating!
