why doesnt my phone work...?

well~ just got the s4 was happy about getting it till i actually started using it.

wifi doesnt work, text wont send, and heats up around the camera area after just about 1 minute use.... =.=

i have tried factory reset and any other way i can think of but none of them works! plz help meh~

got it yesterday around 6pm. brought it bak home around 7pm.

tried connecting wifi first. connects fine but its very unstable. cant update any of the

apps without it stopping on me.

tried texting this morning around 10am but texts wont go thru.

Well since it's under the 14 Day return policy.. i would return it and Try another one It could be possibly the Sim Card sometime you can't rule them out And you have to watch how you handle them but there main purpose is Getting the phone the 4G signal so it having issues is Wi-Fi i would go with another one.. b33

but i found out the router dir655 (dlink) are having lots of prob w/ the

s4! @.@

tried wifi at a nearby place and worked! -.- damn dlink router... lol

Take it to your nearest Verizon store and see if they can get those things to work.  Of they cant then its time for an exchange.

everything works nao! inserted an sd card then took it out

fer some reason that did the trick fer the texting problem lol

but the wifi problem is with my router (dir-655 dlink) read many

people are having prob w/ that specific router -______-^
