why is verizons service signal suck

I have been with company for 8 years and this winter bought a new note 3,and some [removed] rewrote software and the phone lost signal strength being very [removed] one day I drop phone breaking screen and lcd board...so best buy Samsung girl told me my phone was not a good phone because of age of note 3.. told her phone wasn't even 6 months old. well what ever! I ended up with a 2 year contract witch I didn't want and now a phone I can't use in my trailer I am [removed] new phone and all . I NEED A BOOSTER AND I THINK YOU SHOULD BE RESONSIBLE TO INSTALL FREE OF COST.

I am in 44425 area code.. sitting in trailer I have 1/2 bar signal , ..most time the phone never rings or do text come threw. If a call comes threw It drop constant I have to go out side and stand in the road way,this is crazy 200 am standing outside to talk to girl friend.....I need a booster..

We do want to ensure you are able to use that new device. Just to clarify, is it a Note 3 or Note 4 that you have? Has signal been poor there since you got the device? Did you have signal issues before you upgradde to this device? Do you know if anyone else near you have the same issues?

No just the note phones 3 and 4.....sitting in my house I can't talk on my flipping phone I NEED A BOOSTER SENT TO ME.
