After update to 4.3 I receive a notification that my internet connection is unstable. This occurs even when the device is less than a foot from the router. No problems before update.
Contacted verizon chat support. This advice worked.
please go into your WiFi setting and select your network and then select Forget
Mai: Then I want you to add the network back and try to connect to it.
