wifi issues on the samsugn galaxy s6 edge

Good afternoon...my wifi is no longer working on my phone and causing me to use up all of my data.   Secondly, the factory reset screen keeps coming on and caused me to lose all of my January photos.  I tried to restore the pictures, but the black screen death appeared again (the factory reset screen).

My phone was purchased on December 23 and surely, I should not be experiencing these kinds of issues.

Thanks.

Using wifi is a great way to avoid incidental overages on your data plan.  Can you tell me a bit more what's going on with this?  When you try to connect to your wifi does it show conneccted?  Do you get an error?  Have you tried it on a different wifi network?

Good  and thank you for your email.   When I try to connect to Wif, it keeps trying to connect and keeps trying to sync and then it is says wireless networks are available.I turned off my router in my home and turned it back in hope that would connect.and to no avail, it keeps trying to syne and nothing happens and as a result I have used up all of my data.  SighCharlene D. Chadan, I'm confident we can get to the bottom of this. Do any other devices experience Wi-Fi connectivity issues on your router? What happens if you turn off your mobile data?
