worst customer service ever....verizon

i have a lingering issue for many months. verizon keeps stating we want to resolve this issue. sends me in circles with many reps. no resolution. send me links for private chats. links don't work. i inquire. no response. runaround from verizon. just like getting my issue resolved for months. no resolution, just a lot of words and poor customer service. trying to bury the issue and hoping that it goes away. verizon is by far the worst customer service for ALL cell service providers. i recommend sprint/t mobile or any other carrier without a "verizon" in it.

Same...Have had chats, phone calls, and submitted support ticket online, and nothing other than the first level "do you know your username/password, etc" stuff that goes on for a half hour or more each time before I can actually explain my issue to them, and then they have no ability to do anything about it, it gets moved to the next level and never hear from them again.
I have a service ticket submitted online on 5/11/22 and it is now 6/20/22 and the only activity on it is me putting messages on there every couple of days to make sure the ticket stays active.
I might just move to T-Mobile or GoogleFi, so I can at least save some money, definitely don't stick with Verizon for the support they give.

Does anyone in this community forum actually care about badges, etc? I think most everyone is more interested in getting their issues solved, I wish verizon put much effort into that instead.
