How?

I had it turned off before, but can't find it anymore...

Sorry folks, but I don't want the air raid siren at 2AM....I'm not going to see a kid from 200 miles away from my bedroom.

Fix the system, and I'd be less inclined to silence it....like, only get alerts when the phone is moving about...

Go to Apps

Select Emergency Alerts

Press the 3 vertical dots to enter the Settings

Select Alert Types

You can turn off all alerts except for Presidential  alerts
