Hello Verizon members,
is there anyone out there receiving promotion credit for instant purchase S21 UW at costco on MARCH?
On march this year i went to Costco verizon to change my phone to S21 UW
promotion was like below
you pay 599.99 for instant saving promotion, no new line. no trade in requrie.
instant saving deal for warehouse only for the costco member only.
after i change i wait 3 month period follow by agent of verizon and costco team member they say its Verizon rule they said it will take 1-3 month, however, 3month passed and promotion still not applied so i contact verzion support team they said they don't have this kind of deal on their end
it might be a costco indirect partner made a self deal and its not update on verizon system so they want me to contact the costco and verizon support team back and forth to figure out and solve problem on my end because they cant do anything. They also saying that 599.99 off deal was for trade in + certain unlimited plan only. after back and forth conversation try to make things around.
costco verizon has similar deal going around right now at this moment INSTANT SAVING DEALS
and they mentioned INSTANT SAVING DEAL will only require device/installment payment plan / and eligible carrier services, people if you bought the phone under this deal you are going into the ***** position.
if anyone out there receiving promotion please let me know so i could talk to this ridiculous customer service dept. otherwise dont ever buy phone under costco with discount promotion because you're not gonna get it at the end.
