when I open Digital Secure and click onto "Safe W-Fi". It then tells me to "tap to start your protection". When I click on it. It gives me this message: "We've having trouble connecting to Safe WiFi. Please try connecting again." I've tried several times. But still get that error message. How do I correct it?

Can you also tell me if the issue is with one specific Wi-Fi network or any network you attempt to connect to?
