Error messages

I am getting an error message everytime I try to download and install an app. The error code I am getting is (-506) from the Play Store. When I try to download/install a new theme I get error code (-4/T500011). My Internet connection is strong. This is for a Samsung 6. Any ideas what the problem is?

Having the latest apps and themes is a top priority, Ziffymilo. Have you tried powering the device off and on? Do you happen to know how much storeage is available on your device? Are you connected to Wi-Fi or our network?
