To Whom It May Concern,

 

Hello,

 

This is {edited for privacy}. I returned a replacement phone to your distribution center last Thursday the 2nd and it is showing I have a tracking number for it and It has been returned to the distribution center on this Monday the 6th at 4: 29 PM. So why have I not yet received any confirmation in a text or an email stating that it has been received yet? It has been six days now since it has been returned and I have been waiting on a text from Verizon so that I may go upgrade my phone at a Corporate store in Alpena, Michigan. Can someone look into this for me and please send me a text or an email stating my device has finally been returned because it has!

I am also dealing with something similar.  My upgraded phone was returned to the warehouse for reasons unknown. Now I'm being told I have to wait 10 days before I can upgrade once again and pick up my new phone locally.  The phone that was returned (not by my request) was delivered back to the warehouse yesterday Jan 02, 25. Proof of delivery was submitted but I'm being told I still have to wait 10 days.
