Using samsung s23 uktra 5G, verizon call filter app not showing as an app on my phone but on settings, and go to app on my phone. Why is that?

call filter app is not found in verizon folder. I have to go to settings option and manually open the app

No icon seen at menu. Have to manually open and go to settings, and app and open the app manually
