Why does it say bandwidth on my caller ID when someone calls my phone? Example, bank, courthouse, businesses?

To confirm, are you not seeing any other information aside from "bandwidth" when someone calls you? Is this happening on your cell phone? Was your Caller ID ever working correctly?
