since the day i got this, my galaxy s7 has not/will not connect to my computer. also my sd card isn't reading when i put it in my reader and plug it into the computer either (it use to). HELP!
maybe the usb port is bad.
maybe the sd card needs to be replaced, it didn't come with the phone.
Being able to easily transfer files from your phone to your home PC is a great feature, LWags13. Let's figure out why this isn't working. So I can better understand what is going on I have a couple of questions. What happens when you plug the phone into the computer? I was having the same issue with my Galaxy S7. I made sure I had the original cord that came with my phone and plugged it into the computer. On your Galaxy S7, while on the home screen, pull down the drop down Notifications Settings menu and select USB Charging and it will pop up an option box to choose File Transfer. It should now pull up on your computer. Hope this helps.
