I was supposed to recieve a $200 visa card for switching carriers. I was told I can't claim it until 2-3 billing cycle. Then when I tried to ask about the offer a couple months after switching I was gave the run around and after reading the forums I see this is a thing . If verizon doesn't make this right I'm calling the BBB and/or jumping ship .
