I am the primary parent on the Smart Family account and I cannot get my husband's phone to share it's location. I have gone in and checked to make sure he is sharing his location and he is. So, what is the solution?

Is your husband's line setup as a child's line or a parent line? -Pamela
He is set up as a parent
The location feature in Smart family can only be active in a child's line.

Why can one parent share then? My husband is a parent, has same phone and he can share but I cannot.
